Product descriptions, available options and prices are shown on the relevant product pages. Review the displayed currency and final order total before payment. If a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it rather than impose an unapproved additional charge.

Orders and payments

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Fulfilment remains subject to availability, payment verification and lawful delivery. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and arrange any refund due in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping to eligible destinations in Europe, North America, Australia and the United Kingdom, with estimated delivery within 5–10 business days from order confirmation. See the Shipping Policy for full details.

Trade restrictions

We do not accept orders from, or deliver to, countries or territories subject to applicable comprehensive sanctions or trade embargoes. We also do not transact with restricted individuals or entities, or fulfil orders prohibited by applicable sanctions or export-control laws. Availability may change as legal restrictions change. Orders that cannot lawfully be fulfilled will be cancelled; any payment will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Returns and refunds

Our return request period is 30 calendar days from delivery. Details are set out in the Return Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
