Where we deliver

We offer delivery to eligible destinations in Europe, North America, Australia and the United Kingdom. All destinations remain subject to the restrictions below.

Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is free on orders delivered within our supported destinations. No minimum order value is required for standard free shipping.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is the expected total delivery window, rather than an additional transit period after a separate processing period. If we cannot meet the expected timeframe, we will contact you.

Sanctioned countries and restricted destinations

We do not accept orders from, or deliver to, countries or territories subject to applicable comprehensive sanctions or trade embargoes. We also do not transact with restricted individuals or entities, or fulfil orders prohibited by applicable sanctions or export-control laws. Availability may change as legal restrictions change.
